Interview
An hour drive for a scheduled interview that took less than 10 minutes. Waiting time was longer than the actual interview. When I entered the office everyone was speaking in Spanish which made me feel out of place from the start. It was obvious the interview was just a formality and that I would not be receiving a position with this company.
