They give a question paper to be solved. Then they take technical round. I gave an interview there and I was told I am selected by QA manager and I was sent to HO for HR round. There HR told me that I am "Shortlisted" and "not Selected" but 80% your work is done". Same day I got a mail asking for documents which I sent them. Next day HR told me that I am selected but ctc is to be decieded and they are in their documentation part. Again next day HR text me that my candidature is put on hold as they are in process of interview. And when I called her she told me that " Till yesterday you were selected but now you have been kept on hold". This is what they do with the interview candidates. Selecting, holding, selecting and holding....
