I went through three stages of interview. I took a Psychometric (maths, english, pattern recog) test, did a presentation and interviewed with the technical team. I had to pass the Psychometric test before I was interviewed by the team. Before the interview, I was asked to make a presentation about CNG and some other stuff. I have former experience working in the oil industry (LNG), so I was able to answer the questions well.
