I completed two rounds of interviews with the company, and was told to return for the final round. However, the final interview has been rescheduled multiple times—four times, to be exact. This repeated postponement felt unprofessional and gave me the impression that they were not genuinely interested in moving forward with my candidacy. Furthermore, I was never given any feedback or result from the previous rounds, which reflects poorly on their hiring process.
