Interview
Very casual and welcoming. Gregg, the general manager, had me meet him downstairs at the Watershed bar in the dining area. He gave me an overview of the bar, its history and mission and operations, and then told me about the responsibilities of the hosting position and what I would be expected to take care of on any given night. After that he asked me a few general questions about my work experience, my strengths and weaknesses, and how I envisioned myself adapting to the hostess position (because this was my first food industry job).
