I applied to the job on xperience.ie, Lucinda contacted me the next day and asked me to come for a face to face interview. It was very informal and she told me about her start up, how far she had come since starting in September and what her need for a marketing intern in the company would be. I also told her what I wanted to get out of the internship and she was happy to adjust the work I did based on this.
