1 or possibly 2 interviews. Basic questions regarding past experience, education, interests, how one would handle certain situations. Additionally, a short personality test. The personality test is to understand if you are laid back, dominating, etc. - I think this is informative for the position you are offered.

Interview
Very easy interview, informal and may include a personality and typing test. Expect an overview of the company, policies, and day to day. You may get the chance to shadow other people in this role so ask a lot of questions. Don't expect to meet with someone highly trained in HR.
