Interview
Technical Interview went OK IMO, however it became clear to me that the Practice Manager himself lacked the experience to conduct an effective interview, and lacked people skills. The Practice Manager then told the recruiter that I lacked good consulting skills, which is laughable being in consulting over 10 years, and working with SharePoint since Tahoe! I am glad no offer was extended, working for this practice manager would have been an awful experience.

Interview
Applied through a recruiter. It tool about 2 days to set up a phone interview after the screening. The interviewer asked a question which I admitted I didn't have enough knowledge about to answer confidently. Instead of moving on, he repeatedly asked the same question and kept asking for a detailed answer. This continued for almost 10 minutes, after which I was no longer interested in proceeding with the interview. Hint: asking textbook questions which test memory will not help when you end up hiring someone who can recite textbooks but doesn't know the first thing about how to manage the more complex aspects of SharePoint.
