Really easy process. You meet with VP of sales. Then a senior campaign manager in the field. They show you around and you take notes about the job and what it entails. Then they will show you how they do it.
It was 3 different interviews all at different stores showing how the process worked. Seeing how your managers were and how to be successful in the company. It was a very easy interview if this would be your first job out of college.
