I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pinterest (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
1-hr phone screen with Hiring manager, 2-hour in-person interview with Hiring manager and team, 4-hr in-person interview with various cross-functional teams (BD, etc.)
Positives:
Hiring manager very engaging during the initial stages and provided plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Negatives:
1. Recruiting team disorganized and was not responsive or proactive.
2. There wasn't a technical interview component (which is par for the course for a cross-functional role like this).
3. There were no women on the interview panel. For a company brand that values women as an audience and technical women in leadership, this was a glaring omission.
Summary:
Given the interaction and involvement of this interview process, I'd have expected the Pinterest team to be more responsive and clear about next steps, etc. They were not.

Question 1
When was the last time you made a major mistake on the job? One that cost the company money?
