Run. Away. Don't waste your time. After investing more than 10 hours (prep, interviews, sample work, etc.) recruiter ghosted. It's ok to not get a job, it's not ok to ghost the candidate. It's basic respect, especially when Pinterest is recruiting you (they reached out). The behavior is indicative of their culture and why they have a lot of work to do (can we say lawsuits? Do a simple search.)
