I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pinterest (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Overall a positive experience because the recruiter did a great job at keeping me in the loop with next steps. I applied through an employee referral and first had a phone screen with the recruiter where I answered basic questions about my background. Next step was a phone call with a member of the Account Management team to talk more on my background along with situational questions. Then the final round was onsite with four members of the sales & management team. Each interviewer asked me different questions which was nice because I never felt like I was repeating myself. They also had me complete an exercise to show how I would analyze campaign data then present this to a client. Overall it was a very positive experience and while I was bummed not to receive an offer, the recruiter was kind enough to share constructive feedback with me over the phone.

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.
