Awful. Recruiter ghosted me twice, then once we finally got on the phone - I could hear him doing other tasks in the background while he asked me the worst questions. No surprise, he ghosted me shortly afte the interview again.

Interview
laid back, relaxed. Had questions on laptop that they read from, but easy to talk to. Their dresscode is very laid back so while I was dressed professional, it was kind of reassuring that they were dressed casual. Felt more homey.
