I was contacted by an internal recruiter, even though I wasn't actively seeking a new job. What caught my attention was the fact that many world-class Olympiad winners were part of the team. The entire process moved swiftly. It began with an introduction to the team leader, followed by a technical interview, which unfortunately, I did not pass.
