My interview process was a call with a director followed by a call with the team. Pretty straightforward and smooth. They took my previous experience and presence in the community into account which is great.

I don't really remember, but we talked about our preferences and approaches.
Recruiter contacted me in a working day after my application. The introduction was super nice. I enjoyed the energy and our communication.
A tech interview in a week. Went good (from my perspective at least). Same good impression.
Then.. ignorance. I wrote a follow-up email. Nothing. 3 weeks - no feedback at all. Now, the position is irrelevant for me.
