I had a terrible experience with Photon Interactive’s hiring process.
I went through two technical rounds and a project coding round, spending hours on calls, logging into PF and income tax portals via screen share. Despite all this effort, the process was chaotic and unprofessional.
After completing all rounds, I shared all the required documents, and HR representative Santosh Kumar assured me that the offer would be released soon. I waited four weeks with no response. Every time I reached out, he either ignored my messages and calls or gave vague excuses, saying they were waiting for project onboarding. Strangely, when I called from a different number, he picked up but had no real answers—just complete silence.
If the company was unsure about the hiring decision, why make me go through this entire process? I could have invested my time in other companies that value candidates' efforts. This was a complete waste of time, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a serious opportunity.
