The interview process at Photon was structured, insightful, and aligned with the seniority of the role. It began with an HR screening focused on background, expectations, and cultural fit. This was followed by multiple rounds with senior leadership, including the CMO, Sales Head, and occasionally, the CEO. Each round tested different dimensions — strategic thinking, GTM execution, demand generation, team leadership, and alignment with Photon’s digital-first vision.
Case studies and past campaign performance were discussed in detail, especially how I scaled efforts for enterprise clients and influenced C-suite outcomes. The panel appreciated data-backed storytelling and clarity in communication. The pace of the process was fairly quick — completed within 3 weeks — and the team maintained clear communication throughout. Overall, the interview process was rigorous but fair, reflecting Photon’s high standards for marketing leadership.
