The process is very slow, The interview is 1+ hours and it's tough a little. Seems they are doing for the count and doesn't look professional in the process, so I openly asked and updated them this is not right and rejected the company to go further. The company looks very good when we enter, But, when we see inside the cubicles and meeting rooms it looks like some service center. They use laptops which have been ages. Advice to management: If you want people to recruit in a right way which shows how serious you can be at work.
