I have applied for IT support engineer in Prague i sent them my CV before Christmas 2022 then after 3 weeks i was contacted by recruiter (which is really long waiting time actually). Was invited to interview which was at the office. I went there took my time off but at the end of interview they said that i am not fitting for the role as it is for seniors. Company had month to review my profile and decide if i really should be invited to the interview or not. What is the point of wasting my time ( live faraway from their office and it took me 1 hour to get there) and their time just to tell me that i am not fitting the role?!? Just looking at CV they could see if i can fit position or not.
