The hiring process in general was fairly simple. It begins by being interviewed by 3 individuals separately, who each ask a series of questions that vary between personal goals to personal accomplishments. Personally, I believe the purpose of having 3 individual interviewers is to determine you're ability to adapt to different situations and different people. During the interview, I also asked thoughtful questions to gauge the type of interviewer I was dealing with. An example of a question I asked, " What do you believe are important characteristics a person should have an order to excel in the professional world?". Asking unique and very well thought out questions that show some indication of desiring to learn is what I believed also helped in acquiring the position. Overall, it's pretty much what you would expect for an interview for an intern/ Co-Op position. Whether you have a strong GPA or not, or whether you have experience or no experience, if you're able to effectively display your value as a worker as well as an individual, you'll be more than likely to acquire the position. But, in the event where you are not offered the position, do not worry, sometimes life just doesn't work that way.
