The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pfizer (Washington, DC) in Jan 2009
Interview
Used a recruiter specializing in JMO placements. Started off with a phone interview, then face to face which reviewd the phone interview answers and then went more into detail of employment background, why Pfizer? Interviewer seemed pre-occupied, smartphone on vibrate constantly was going off. Overall the DM was very professional, but seemed very up-tight.

After the application you’ll be invited to do a recorded video interview on your own time. If you pass that step, you’ll go through multiple interviews either over Teams or in-person. Be prepared for STARS. Regardless of how outdated that method seems, they still use it.
Critical Thinking is required to connect your current skills to the prospective job. I had to show how my previous job and skills obtained could transfer over into being successful in this job.
