Interview
It was a a nice and complete procedure with 3 steps. At first a conversation with the recruiter. Second step a video small interview where you answer a few written questions and lastly the main interview with a team of managers and employees. Everyone was very friendly and the hole procedure very comfortable.

Do you have any experience working with a team and tell as an example when you overcame a difficult situation in your team with teamwork?

Interview
Group (3-4) phone interview only of approximately 30-40 minutes. No face to face. Offered position approximately one week after interview. I was expecting a face to face after that but offered job without that requirement.

Why do you want to leave an FTE for a contract role? A lot of information (all accurate) about the challenges of the position, upsides/downsides. Very forthright and straightforward approach.
