Cpl screening, 5 minutes phone interview, 3 question video interview, assessment centre: group discussion, aptitude tests and chat with current employees, face to face interview last about an hour mainly compentancy questions, GMP, what you know about company.Provisional offer followed by reference check and medical. The whole process took about 2 months.

The interview was scheduled within 3 weeks.
Overall the interviewers were very nice and explained the role so that I am clear. They were mainly curious about my reason for applying for this role.

Interview
5 Stages. Online Application followed by a couple of psychometric surveys, If successful you'll be invited to a supervised assessment. If successful you'll get invited to an on site day where you'll do a group exercise (discussion based), a site tour and then the interview. Fairly easy and once you make it past all the online stuff everyone is really friendly and easy going.
