Two 45 minutes telephone interviews with other SDMs located in different regions and one final 30 minutes interview with the Director. The first two interviews were a sort of formal presentation of the parties and they asked me to present myself. Then they described the role specifications and asked me questions, finally I had a chance to make questions.
