Pfizer Bt Rotational Program interview questions

First round interview with two managers on BT teams(software engineering senior manager and ERP manager). It was scheduled to be via video chat but there were technical difficulties. So we interviewed via phone. The interview went okay. They asked both behavioral and technical questions about SAP, business adoption, and programming experiences. They would also ask scenario questions based on my experiences. Bit confusing... Waited up to the second week on November to see if I got to the second round and due to their lack response/feedback whatsoever, I did not make the cut. I find it rude when companies don't get back to you or at least send a rejection letter. I don't think I'll consider applying here again if this is how they do things.
