Call, induction in head office with a group of contenders, asked multiple questions to do infront of head office, then when given job another induction back in head office. Questions weren’t hard, they were straight forward
It was pretty chill with basic retail questions i.e how would you deal with an angry customer or a customer who wants to spend as little money as possible. One question was about why you fit the role.
Group with 20 other applicants. Led with slides and situational prompts (ie different types of customers and how to deal with them as well as choosing the right choice for what they like)

It was around an hour, via Zoom — it was pretty average for experience (was my first one so I don’t have much to compare to), they went around asking different questions to different people (not all got the same ones)
