After applying on the website, I was called the following day for an interview. The interview went well (was with the SM and an associate) and the store manager said he'd put me to work in the pet hotel instead considering how much I love animals, customers, and from what I know about them. I was then able to be interviewed by a pet hotel associate. I was told I'd be called on a specific day. This led to be being given the run around after claims that they were busy. I was finally able to have my second interview with the pet hotel manager. Again, the interview went well. They asked about availability, gave a run down of my responsibilities, asked if I'd be able to fulfill them without issue, etc. I was then told I wouldn't have the same problem as before and I'd definitely get called on a specific date. It's been a few days since where they were able to answer, but have acted as though they couldn't hear me and hung up on me or stating that the managers are unavailable OR that I can leave my name and number to remind them..which was likely so they could know what number to avoid when they get a call. Why give someone the run around? There are professional ways to reject someone besides giving false hope. Very unprofessional.
