The process was smooth and pleasing and they are friendly and want to communicate with you instead of just here to test if you are qualified. And they spend a lot of time to confirm you acknowledge and are interested in the whole project.

I had a very good discussion with the recruiter, who was open about what he could answer and did not try to fake answers he didn't know. I really appreciated that. I spent 60+ min with the hiring manager. He was great to talk to, was straightforward and transparent. I spent another 60+ min interviewing with additional members of the company who were super respectful of my time and expertise.
