Applied job application online and recruiter emailed me for phone interview. Recruiter pushed back interview twice cause she was sick, the last time when we suppose to meet she went MIA and I waited till the interview timing and emailed her that I am ready for the phone interview. Received an out of office email from her. Very disappointed with the recruiter. If you know that you will not be available please do not arrange any interview. Out of courtesy I have emailed her to withdraw my job application.
