The interview was quite good, especially with the direct manager, but the HR person seemed annoyed with my questions in the meeting - I had quite few things, that I wanted to clarify.

Pretty simple, first screening phone with recruiter, then a video call with Head of Product and other Scrum Master, then a chat with CEO. All in all nice and easy.
