Interview process was straightforward and quick. Applied for the job and heard from the recruiter within a week. The recruiter was great. His initial email went to my spam so i didn’t see it but then he personally called me to follow-up in his email which was great. Did initial 30 minutes recruiter screening. The next week i did a 1 hour long technical interview with a VP, and was offered the job within two days. I accepted the offer, successfully completed all contingencies (fingerprints, clearances) , attended onboarding townhalls and was ready to be given a start date. Unfortunately after all that effort on my part i was never given a start date when the project kicked off. I reached out several times but just kept receiving the same feedback “my offer is still valid and they will reach out when they confirm start dates with the client”. I was hopeful at first, but after 6 months of waiting (still waiting..) i’ve given up on them.
