Tell me about a time where you had to deal with multiple difficult tasks, how did you prioritize the tasks if they were equally important?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Carrollton, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
They asked very generic questions and phrased other questions difficult to pinpoint a specific example that would satisfy the question. The process was seamless, one interview with HR, followed by department managers, and finished with the department manager who has the opening.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Johnstown, PA) in Apr 2011
Interview
Pretty seamless interview process...my experience was more of a meet-and-greet. The interview process took place on "teams". I first interviewed with the Plant Manager and HR Manager. Next the Production Manager and Maintenance Manager, followed by the Sr. Warehouse Manager and the Transport Manager. Afterwards we had a group lunch, while at the same time all the interview participants discussed (privately) their decision. I was made an offer following lunch.
