The process was very engaging and quick considering the amount of people I had the opportunity to meet. Two informal interviews with members of the senior leadership team virtually Informal introductory telephone call with CEO ahead of meeting in person in the office Formal interview with CEO and offer made with paperwork issued the same day. Discussion with a peer to ask the questions you want to know! I also felt that if there was something I wanted to know or experience before making a decision they would be open to it.

Initial conversation was a catch up with CEO, a very interesting and open chat. Super intelligent and inspirational woman. Second interview was with line manager, again open and questions back and forth, not just to me but I could ask back and 3rd interview was with COO, open again and bit deeper with questions such as how do I like to receive feedback, which shows they care about employees and what they need and how they like to work.
