Interview
In my opinion, unprofessional. Expect scheduling issues, cancellations, and having to listen to them talk about thier career for 80% of the interview. Not about the job or company...their past career.

They did not ask about me or my background. Did not discuss the job or role. Interviewer had not read the resume. In the last 5 minutes of the interview, they asked one technical question which has a subjective answer.
