Obliviously they are short of experienced artist/art related employees to interview me. They gave me a test which is impossible to done well in one hour. Then the interviewer belittled me and asked me to accept the lowest salary which was way lower then mentioned in job description. Most of the time in the interview was her whining about past employees.
