We had a phone interview first and we schedule an in-person interview a week later. The phone interview takes only 15 minutes and the interviewee asked 3 questions regarding my experience in e-commerce and the reason why I fit the position. The in-person interview lasted for almost an hour. He asked about my imagination for the position. After a while he asked 2 other people, the manager and supervisor, to join us in the interview. Finally, he talked about the benefits and salary.
