Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a product that you love; explaining it, and how I would change it if it were my product.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Paystratus Group
Interview
Screening with Recruiter
Stage 1 with a PM
Stage 2 an exercise with 2 PM's
Stage 3 with CPO
Whilst I got on well with the recruiter and Stage 1 PM, when it came to the stage 2 interview the other PM seemed disinterested straight from the beginning, in retrospect it was slightly distracting. The subsequent rejection email was perfunctory, from a standard template with no feedback. Not impressed.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
We want you to choose a product that you love using. This can be software, hardware. It can be something you use in your personal life or work life. It shouldn’t be the product that you a working on at work. Then we would like you to describe it to us from a Product perspective.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paystratus Group
Interview
The interview process was very smooth, with the interviewers being very open about the plans of the company and what the expectations would be from the selected candidate. I was not looking for a new job at the time but fell in love with the company through what was said to me that I ended up accepting the offer when it was made to me.
