My first interview was a pre-screening with a recruiter. He said with my experience, I could be a good fit for a much better position and had me apply for that. Later on that day, my recruiter called me to set up a Zoom interview with two supervisors from the area in which I was applying. He gave me some tips and told me to study up on the Star method and to block 45 minutes for the interview. On Zoom interview day, I met with two interviewers who were awesome and even though they asked detailed questions, they were quick to answer any concerns I had as well. I heard back from the recruiter about an hour later and he let me know he was scheduling for my in-person interview a week later. I had my in-person interview, which was prompt and concise. I received an offer a little over a week later. My background, credit, drug screen ERC was scheduled and it took about 10 business days to get the all-clear and now I’m officially hired. My recruiter was helpful and attentive during the process and talked me through the whole process. Everyone I interviewed with was so kind and professional… but also laid back and easy to talk to. Paycom does urine drug screening, but will accept a Med card as long as it’s still valid and within-date for the state you’re in. They are also not judge mental about visible tattoos, as long as they aren’t disrupting, vulgar or controversial. Over all, I’m really excited about the process and can’t wait to start!
