I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Apr 2022
Interview
After completing the job application.
I then set up a phone interview, which lasted between 30min to an hr. The question were fairly easy and expected. Job history etc…
The recruiter was the best ever. I had recently spoke with another several months before this and she wasn’t as nice and helpful but my second one was amazing.
After the phone interview, I set up a zoom interview with two team leads. I was nervous but the recruiter made me feel at east and more confident.
The zoom interview was great lasted about 20min honestly even though it was set for an hr.
I got a call the next day for a final in person interview with a Supervisor in the department. The interview lasted about 30min

Interview
Had a phone interview and an in person interview. Process was simple and they expected the STAR approach to answering questions. There were 3 people that interviewed me, all were fairly easy-going.

One round phone interview and second round in person interview. Very smooth process which wasn’t very difficult. Asked about previous experiences and your knowledge about tax. The recruiters were friendly and personable during the whole process.

Question 1
How can you relate your past experience to this role?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Dec 2024
Interview
A very mellow and interactive interview process. Both ladies were very informative and helpful throughout their questioning and with my questions. I loved how it was a more lengthy interview rather than a very short “ tell me about yourself and why you are good for the job” having more time with both interviewers gave me more information of how paycom thinks, moves, and what it requires from their employees.
