Hiring process originally was very inviting. There was a large group of prospect employees that were getting interviewed, a Sr. Paychex Rep. did a 5-7 min. Welcome speech to the crew. We were then separated individually to have one on one interviews with a Manager. I was called back for a 2nd. within several weeks, to interview with Manager. He was very professional and explained the position that was available very clearly and willing to answer any questions I may have regarding the company.
