Recruiter cancel interview only at the start time of interview, rescheduled and went through the screening then promised to set up time with hiring manager but totally ghosted after even with follow ups

Interview
Applied on PayPal jobs website, after was contacted for a telephone interview. Standard costumer service questions, couple days later had an interview with 2 team liders. Most of the questions were same as the telephone interview. The interview was in both Spanish and English. After was a role play in which one of the interviewer was a costumer and I was an agent.
