I had two sets of interviews twice. First was a round robin event as a screening interview for the second round interview. I had the job walking in the door as I was overqualified for my salary request. This interview was among the easiest I ever had. The second set of interviews was a promotional interview to management years later. Multiple interviewers grilled me about my career, career choices, decisions, and philosophical questions with no objectively right or wrong answers but they were looking for subjectively right or wrong. Fortunately, I had googled the hell out of the likely interviewers and knew what I needed to say.
