it was pretty smooth with alot of infos provided for me, i had a good first interview with them. they explain alot of stuff and very transparent with me about the company, although the art test might be quite intense
There is 3 parts to mine
1st getting to know me as a person, how i communicate based on school projects and experience, to gauge whether I am suitable for the team
2nd aligning expectations we have before entering the job, the situation of the industry as well as understanding the company’s goals
3rd is with the HR getting infos about the company benefits and policies
