Applied online and received an initial screening interaction. The process included a resume review and discussion around my background, skills, and interest in the role. Basic questions were asked to understand tool familiarity and role expectations. Overall, the experience was smooth and professional.

They asked about my background and how my skills in SQL, Power BI, and data analysis aligned with the role, along with basic questions about projects and interest in the position.
Step 1 is an assignment and a long form. Although the assignment instructions suggest x hrs to complete it actual time that will be required if somebody has to do it would be atleast 3-4x. Neverthless, after completion there was silence for a few weeks and then a generic rejection email.
