One of the people I interviews with typed VERY loudly the entire time, it was very unprofessional and distracting. They asked an odd question about work-life balance and whether I would answer emails and messages after hours. That seemed like a red flag to me.

Interview
Screening call with an in-house admin. The following week, we scheduled a video call with the CFO. A few days later, I attended a panel interview with the COO, sales associate, marketing director, and video-conferenced CEO. It was a bit strange having most of the panel participants face-to-face with the CEO remote, simultaneously. Overall, everyone was amiable and cordial.

Great -- super easy team to chat with. They were super transparent and willing to help throughout the process. The interview was three rounds in total + a take home.
