Palladian Publications interview questions

Two interviews before a job offer. More of a sit down conversation, including a description of the history of Palladian itself and what they do People were nice and encouraging. Interview mostly based on ascertaining your attitude rather than looking at previous experience as this is not expected. However, after emailing me to say that they wouldn't take my application further they ghosted my multiple attempts to get feedback over the next three weeks before I gave up.
