I had one phone screening call, three in-person interviews, and got the offer letter within 30 days. It was a casual yet thorough experience overall that focused on psychographics and fit rather than past performance.

I was able to score a phone interview. Questions were designed to get to know about what I've been doing, past experience, what tools I knew about, not too much in dept questions.
I guess they had everything else they needed from the CV.
