After completing the online formular I recieved a phone call of the supervisor for an interview appointment. The Interview it self was onside in a very relaxed atmosphere. The questions were about my personality, why I chose the company and what benefits would I bring to the team. Afterwards they told myself about the company and the tasks of the department, changing the interview to an open dialogue. The interview took around 45 minutes.
Very nice and fair questions, personality is important. Be yourself, be honest, and be confident!

They've asked me basic interview questions, they were really nice. I got the second interview, they gave me a task to do in few days and then we had a meeting to discuss about my design approach. Afterall they've decided to move on with another candidate.
