Talked to two engineers at the company on-site after getting an internship. The process is pretty clear and concise. Try to have experience in database and testing as that was the thing that was the mainly asked.

Ein einziger Teamleiter war vor Ort. Dieser wirkte jedoch etwas hilflos. Seine Unsicherheit war deutlich spürbar. Die Situation schien ihn sichtlich zu überfordern. Teilweise starrte er sekundenlang in die Kamera ohne etwas zu sagen.
