Interview
You are interviewed with more than one person in the room. They begin by going over the requirements for the job and explain that training is 4 parts and can be extended past the 4 months if there are weather events. They also explain training is full time, in person, five days a week. Then they begin the interview.

Interview
The interview involved several different people and departments throughout the process. Originally supposed to take placement test only. Last minute change was placement test followed by interview shortly afterwards. Everyone I met during the first encounter was lovely.
